Kimberly Yonkers, M.D.
Kimberly Ann Yonkers, MD, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and director of Yale's PMS, Perinatal, & Postpartum Research Program, has spent her career exploring effective treatments of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and a more severe form of PMS known as prementstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). She is also one of the foremost authorities on postpartum depression and depression during pregnancy, publishing numerous articles and conducting treatment trials in this area. Dr. Kimberly Yonkers received her BA from AMherst College in 1979 and her MD from Columbia College of Physicians. She did her residency training in psychiatry at Mclean Hospital, and she completed a Fellowship in neuroscience at Harvard Uiversity. After serving as Associate Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, she joined the faculty of Yale University school of Medicine in 1999 and has since served as Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry.

Margeret Altemus, M.D.
Dr. Altemus is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. She is Director of the Payne Whitney Women's Program at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Medical Center. Her research focuses on the impact of hormones on mood, anxiety and stress responses. Dr. Altemus received her medical training at Georgetown University Medical School, did her psychiatric residency at Yale University and her research fellowship training at the National Institute of Mental Health. She joined the faculty at Weill Medical College in 1996.

Susan G. Kornstein, M.D. is Professor of Psychiatry and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Virginia Commonwealth University, where she serves as Executive Director of the VCU Institute for Women's Health, designated a National Center of Excellence in Women's Health by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She is also Director of Clinical Research for the Department of Psychiatry and Executive Director of the VCU Mood Disorders Institute. Dr. Kornstein attended college and medical school at Brown University and completed her residency training and a fellowship in Consultation-Liason Psychiatry at the Medical College of Virginia of Virginia Commonwealth University.
